Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers rooms with bunk beds, bean bags, and a shelf of kids' books that provide hotel-level comfort at a reasonable price. The 'Queen' rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, much to the delight of the kids. The service was exceptional, with a lovely upgrade provided due to cancellations, making my stay hassle-free. The location was excellent for traveling around, with Leytonstone tube station conveniently close by. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired with dairy products not meeting expectations.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The room, though the door had a locking issue, was beautifully furnished and decorated, named after royalty, and spotlessly clean. It provided a quiet refuge during my intense work period, and the coffee machine and fridge were really useful. The showers could have been warmer, but it was a good stay.
The hotel is situated in a very central location, perfect for meeting family and exploring London. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, though a bit warm. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially during bar hours. The dining options were limited, but the regional products added a nice touch. The overall amenities provided were sufficient for a shorter stay.
